An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna. "Far" describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you. Benefits to the Infared Sauna include stress/tension relief, temporary pain relief, natural detoxification via sweat, skin health improvement, and blood flow increase.

Halotherapy (dry salt therapy) is a natural, drug-free, alternative treatment that may help to improve respiratory issues and skin conditions. Benefits to the Salt (Halotherapy) Therapy include respiratory improvement for both acute and chronic cases of all ages. Examples include asthma, COPD, common colds, allergies and more.

Halotherapy is recognized as a safe and effective wellness practice for preventive and restorative health care. It is not a medical treatment and does not offer a cure!

Halotherapy is not recommended for people with contagious diseases, fever, open wounds, certain types of lung cancer, severe hypertension, mental disorders, and active tuberculosis. We always recommend that individuals consult with their local physician to determine if salt therapy is the right treatment for their condition.

Pregnant women should consult with their doctor before using halotherapy. Anyone with serious health concerns needs to seek proper medical advice and care before starting a new type of potential treatment. There are many clinical studies and research, along with testimonials from customers, that demonstrate health benefits and efficacy of salt therapy.
